No problem, Tom! The buyout/release stuff is a bit of a 'mare—particularly when our sources love mixing and matching willy-nilly! Nice one.

Tom, in response to your article 2678015-khabib-nurmagomedov-wants-to-finish-conor-mcgregor I can only say, I would expect more refined cultural knowledge from someone who hails from Europe. Your epithet "Eastern European wrestling expert" certainly does not befit Nurmagomedov who is a Dagestani Muslim. His only European link is his passport that says Russian Federation.

Hi, Tom. That's an absolutely fair comment. I was following Guardian style, which has lowercase except in titles like President Obama, but our stylebook *does* in fact prove you correct. I'll change that back now. Thanks for the pointer!

Hi, Tom. Sorry for the delay in getting back to you on the "release clause/buyout fee" issue (I don't receive notifications for profile comments!). Apologies for the mix up there, it's something I'll make sure to note in future. Keep up the good work!

No worries, Tom. The Irish paper is owned by a different group and isn't related to the UK version.

Belated no worries, Tom. He's so entwined with Swansea as a player that it's an automatic reflex.
